At Autoxinocity, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of premium hats. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy that allows you to return your items within a specified time frame. Please read the following details regarding our return process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • The item has not been worn, altered, or damaged in any way.
  • The item is returned within 30 days of receipt.

Note: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange. Please verify your order details before making a purchase.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] or call (801) 982-7718 within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide you with instructions on how to send the item back.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, and ship them back to the return address provided. Make sure to include the Return Authorization Number on the package.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
  • Customer Returns: If you are returning the item for any other reason (such as a change of mind or ordering the wrong size), you are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. Autoxinocity is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange:

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Exchanges: If you are exchanging the item for a different size or color, we will ship the replacement item once we receive the returned item. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the price difference.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

6. Damaged or Defective Items
